Keep it thick and protein rich!

Blueberry Protein Milkshake 

- 1-2 scoops of Blueberry Level-1 (you can use can any flavor if you don't have blueberry)

- frozen wild blueberries 

- water or choice of milk / milk substitute (I use coconut milk, just a preference)

- add ice and blend
If you prefer a thicker shake, use less liquid and more ice.
