22 Push-Ups a Day for PTSD Awareness

22 Push-Ups a Day for PTSD Awareness

Every single day, approximately 22 veterans in the U.S. die by suicide - a heartbreaking number that reflects the silent battle many face long after their service ends.

June is PTSD Awareness Month, and as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist, I believe mental health is just as vital as physical health. So let’s move with purpose this month.

Join Me: 22 Push-Ups a Day for PTSD Awareness

It’s simple. 22 push-ups a day - every day in June - to honor those who serve and struggle, and to raise awareness for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

You can:
- Do all 22 at once
- Break them up throughout the day
- Modify as needed: knees, incline, whatever works for you
- Encourage others to join you

Every rep is a reminder that we see them, we support them, and they are not alone.
